It lacks an assessment of the energy efficiency alternatives, the environmental externalities, the opportunity costs and even an economic internal rate of return has not been estimated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This briefing details our concerns about the supplementary studies and argues that little proof is provided about how the project would be genuinely beneficial to Georgians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following publications from the Bern Convention are provided as annexes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bankwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Let_IO_Georgia_Svaneti_Site_Stand_by_14112017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Complaint to the Bern Convention regarding a possible threat to \u201cSvaneti 1\u201d Candidate Emerald Site (GE0000012) from Nenskra Hydro Power Plant development (Georgia)<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bankwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/animals-final-conclusions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Detailed final conclusions on the representation of animal species&nbsp;from Res. No. 4 of the Bern Convention in proposed Emerald Network sites in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bankwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/plants-final-conclusions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Detailed final conclusions on the representation of plant species from Res.
