Respectively, proper management of chemicals is very important. A comprehensive law on chemicals \u2013 REACH regulations \u2013 is in force in the European Union. REACH aims to improve the protecton of human health and the environment, and to enhance innovaton and competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry.
